About
Dumbarton Amateur Dramatics (D.A.D) was founded in August 2019 by Karen Docherty.  Since then the company has performed two pantomimes in The Denny Civic Theatre.
"The Glass Slipper" in December 2019 and "The Enchanted Rose" in December 2024.

The classes have gone from strength to strength and this year we have two performances scheduled.


Empowering Young Performers
At our weekly musical theatre classes, we provide a nurturing environment where children aged 5 to 18 can explore the exciting world of drama, singing, and dance. Our annual shows give them the opportunity to showcase their talents and build confidence.


Classes
Dumbarton Amateur Dramatics (D.A.D) classes are held on a Sunday afternoon in Dumbarton Harp Social Club function suite.

Juniors - 12pm-2pm (age 5+)
Seniors - 12pm-2pm (age 11+)

(extra classes and hours are required in the lead up to performances)
